We have the most efficient transport solutions: 24H shipments, international shipments, deliveries with agreed schedule, home deliveries, collection at points of convenience and weekend deliveries.
REVERSE LOGISTICS
Our reverse logistics operation allows us to manage returns efficiently by checking the status of the product for classification, relabeling, refurbishment or reintegration into stock.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
We offer integral solutions for e-commerce: web development, product photography, personalization of orders, customer service and creation of the digital marketing plan. We ensure the traceability of shipments through personalized tracking in real time, thanks to our Call Center and through our Business Intelligence Website, email, chat, SMS and WhatsApp.
SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION
We have a team of more than 100 programmers responsible for the development of our systems and all the applications necessary both for warehouse management and for interconnection with customers and suppliers.
