BOILERMAKING. In this department we carry out any type of work of conformation and welding of plates, both in carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum. We have welders and procedures certified by internationally accredited entities. MECHANIZED. In the Machining department, we proceed to the elaboration of parts with milling machines, machining centers and numerical control lathes, as well as with the other auxiliary machines necessary for the completion of the same. We have a machinery with which by dimensions, weight of parts to be repaired and technology of the same, we are at the forefront for the realization of all kinds of work of machine tools. MECHANICS. Our mechanics department performs the repair of any type of engine, as well as repairs of razors, reducers, safety valves, boiler valves, pressure and vacuum valves, as well as any type of mechanical element, either with the renovation of elements or with the elaboration of new ones by our machine tool department. We have a pressure test bench from -76 Bar to 1000 Bar. certified by the following classification entities: – Bureau Veritas- Germanischer Lloyds- Lloyds Register. All repairs of pressure or vacuum elements are delivered with test certificates. PROPELLER REPAIR This department is responsible for the repair and polishing of all types of propellers, both cunial and stainless steel. All repairs are carried out under ISO 484/1 and 484/2, and for this, we have both procedures and approved welders to carry out the repairs. METALOCK SYSTEM. International Metalock system, patented cold repair techniques. Repairs with international warranty in: Foundry, Steel, Bronze and Aluminum. SPECIAL WELDS. We have a special welding department in which we can weld practically any type of material. We can perform preventive anti-wear welds. TURBOCHARGERS. Our workshops are equipped with state-of-the-art technical means (balancing machines, microjet equipment, ultrasonic and steam cleaning, etc.) and technical personnel with extensive and proven experience in the sector, to be able to carry out any repair in turbochargers of any brand. Since 2013 we are Authorized Repair Agents of “MET TURBO”. We carry out preventive maintenance work and supported by our special welding department, we recover in most cases, damaged components in steel, casting, aluminum, high hardness coatings, etc. WATER JET.
