Turbo Systems Iberia SLU, has been present in the Spanish market for more than 40 years. A team of 44 people with 22 service technicians is dedicated exclusively to the turbocharger business in Spain and Portugal. This human team, together with four Service Stations located in Madrid, Algeciras, Las Palmas and Porto, guarantees high availability of personnel and agility in repairs and services provided. The different services and activities carried out by Turbo Systems Iberia, SLU are listed below: - Field inspections of any Accelleron turbocharger, and other top brands of turbochargers - Workshop inspections of any Accelleron turbocharger, and other top brands of turbochargers - Supply of Original new spare parts, 98% availability of any spare part. - Supply of original used spare parts. - Reconditioning of turbocharger elements: bearings, lubrication pumps, turbine blades, variable geometry modules, bearing bodies, turbine shafts. - Repair of elements with contribution of material in cold / hot by means of particle projection. - Machining of elements, milling and turning of parts. - Carrying out verification and control tests (thickness measurement, penetrating liquid tests, pressure tests of refrigeration chambers, etc.). - Consulting services to implement technical improvements and operation of the equipment, analysis of equipment operation, recommendations, analysis of the life time of rotating components and proactive recommendations for their replacement. - Studies of retrofits and upgrades to achieve performance improvements, fuel savings and emissions reduction. - Inspection services without disassembling the equipment, by means of a borescope, to the internal components of the turbocharger. - Technical advice on turbocharger tests and start-up after revisions. - Supply of software for the optimization of alternative internal combustion engines.
