The company, in its current form and based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, was founded in 2001, based in Las Palmas de G.C., by two naval engineers with extensive experience in the sector, after having worked individually or in other companies since 1981. Extensive experience in the fishing sector, passage in day-charter boats, auxiliary port boats, boats and devices for assistance to platforms in port, etc. The company serves the usual naval engineering and consulting needs in the geographical area in which it is located, having carried out a large number of stability, freeboard and tonnage studies of ships. The works that are normally carried out are for submission and approval by the Spanish maritime authorities – Maritime Captaincies and Ship Inspections – or by classification societies – L.R., D.N.V., B.V., A.B.S., etc.
