Información adicional ASTICAN is a privately owned repair yard with a workforce of around 200 workers, and whose main activity is the repair, maintenance and conversion of all types of vessels and oil platforms. The shipyard, which was founded in 1973, became fully operational in 1976. ASTICAN has modern facilities, in particular its lifting platform system for entry into dry dock, and qualified labor, respond to the quality and service demanded by shipowners in accordance with the strictest international standards. Fully equipped offering services of: electricity supply, fresh and salt water, compressed air, fire fighting, security (ISPS Code), reception and waste treatment (MARPOL), water treatment, medical facilities, restaurant, offices, crew toilets, etc.
