The company was established in 2009 by The Civil Engineer Carlos Acosta. Born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1981, Carlos Acosta is an Engineer from the ETSICCP of Santander. In 2006 he began his professional career as a designer in the engineering studio Análisis Ingenieros. There he participated in about twenty projects for two years. After this first professional experience as a designer, he worked for 2 years in the construction company Dragados S.A in maritime work, until August 2009, in technical office and later as production manager. During this time he created the one-man limited company that bore his own name. In August 2009 he accepted an offer from FCC Construcción to lead the technical office of the construction of a stretch of motorway in Gran Canaria. His work on this work lasts until July 2013. At that time he left FCC and joined the shareholding of the company Técnicas y Montajes Subacuáticos S.L, where he developed the function of Technical Director and was a member of its board of directors until April 2015. Since October 2013 he is a member of the Governing Board of the Demarcation of Las Palmas of the College of Civil Engineers Channels and Ports. Since April 2015 he represents this group as a member in the Presentation Oriental Technique of La Cotmac He currently directs ACOSTASUB supported by a multidisciplinary team of excellent professionals with university training and all of them qualified as professional divers.
